Greetings, subjects. It most certainly has been awhile.


To spare you pages upon pages of rambling, I'll TRY to make this short:

Life's gone up and down, I realize art is a wonderful and glorious hobby of mine and if I were to have a career in it it truly would have to be something applied (aka, teaching art rather than becoming a 'real' artist), I've also moved out with the boyfriend, I'm broke, my mom's broke...

Which means no school until money is had. I went from a job I absolutely hated to something that was WAY more enjoyable, plus the other one I started back last February.

Recently QUIT said February job only a couple of weeks ago after an almost full year of work at it, just started another job that pays at LEAST double of what I was making, and I'm currently digging my butt out of an enormous financial mess that should have never happened to begin with, and straightening out my life.


I feel I've reunited connection with a couple of friends, offline and one very important one online, and through him met a few more. I'm fortunate to have them, they've made my life much more enjoyable through working out the crinkles and tight spots in my relationship, and they've gotten me not only into RPing again (something that I haven't been able to do and stay ACTIVE in for years), but I've been doing artwork again, too.


Speaking of art? I think when I look back at this place I miss my paid account the most. $35 for a year, I last recalled it being. Oh, how I miss it...
